The Directors of J & S Air Conditioning, Mr Joe Agius & Mr Michael Crosbie, combine more than 60 years experience in the design and installation of air conditioning systems for residential, commercial and industrial sites throughout metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria.

The company currently employs 35 permanent, qualified staff who are experienced in all aspects of air conditioning installation, sheet metal design and manufacturing, plumbing and electrical work and utilize preferred contractors as required.  All sheet metal ductwork is manufactured from our 11,000 sq ft factory/showroom at Tullamarine.

By combining the disciplines of design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance and project management in one company, J & S Air Conditioning can offer a full understanding of the needs of property owners, architects, consultants and developers.

In short, we are able to handle most projects ranging from small to moderately large.

J & S believe that it is very important to develop a working relationship with each of the supervisors.  This leads to a smooth process in time managing any project.

We also pride ourselves on the fact that we only send J & S employed staff/installers to any of our builders sites instead of using contracted staff.  This gives us better control of the rough-in to fit off process.

Customer service is a very important part of any business.  Our dedicated team of designers, estimators and supply partners open our showroom to you and your customers to discuss any special requirements for upgrades or to simply see what they are getting.

We can also offer your sales staff with the required level of training and advice to enable them to answer the simple questions raised by your prospective buyers.

We have developed and implemented our own O H & S policy over and above the high standards required with CM3 to comply with the likes of Stockland, Westfield etc…

 

PROCEDURES & SYSTEMS

Our in house systems allows us to keep track of every installation, from the beginning through to full completion and any follow up service issues.  We can at any stage know what is left to be done, measurements for un accessible areas (i.e. ground floor registers), which crew did the work and whether the unit has been commissioned and instruction books sent.  We take photos of all our work and store on our database.

To arrange an installation all is required is a fax or phone call from the supervisor in charge and the job is scheduled in on the required date.  We have the capacity to accommodate this in most cases and contact the supervisor to discuss an alternative.
